Privacy Policy

Public visitors. Browsing published product labels does not require an account. We may collect anonymous usage signals (such as which labels are opened) to understand which products are most useful.

Staff and admins. When a team member signs in we store their email, display name, role (owner, admin, manager, staff), and assigned store or location, plus the inventory counts, product edits, money reports, and uploads they create inside the app.

We do not ask for, and do not intentionally store, payment card numbers, government IDs, or special-category personal data.

Information is used to operate the app: showing the right products to the public, letting staff record inventory and weekly money reports, and letting admins manage their team. Role-based access rules limit each signed-in user to the data their role needs.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use staff account data for advertising.

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences such as your chosen language. Without these the app cannot work.

We may use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand anonymous usage trends (page views, feature usage). We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Figo Label Studio runs on the Lovable Cloud platform, which provides hosting, managed authentication, file storage, and a managed Postgres database on our behalf. The platform processes data strictly to run the app.

We may use additional providers for product analytics and AI-assisted features used by admins (for example, helping draft product descriptions). These providers only receive the data needed to perform their task.

Traffic is served over HTTPS. The database enforces row-level access rules so each signed-in user only sees data their role allows. Privileged actions (inviting admins, processing uploads, publishing products) run server-side and require an appropriate role.

No online system is perfectly secure. We work to address issues promptly when they are reported.

Product, inventory, and report records are retained as long as the Figo team needs them to operate the business. Staff and admin account information is retained while the account is active.

If you are a staff member or admin and want to access, correct, or delete your personal account information, contact the Figo team using the address below and we will respond as quickly as we can. Depending on your location, applicable laws may give you additional rights regarding your data.

Figo Label Studio is intended for use by businesses and their staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
